Again Solid app, just needs to be updated asap for the millions that probably read or use it. Slow to download, slow to turn pages, pages skip so you have to go forward a couple pages and then back to get the correct one to come up.
Very disgusted. You need to get it together and fix this! I have tried to highlight texts while I read with this app and it does work. The same problem with the dictionary. This app is barely serviceable. Failure to save last location, failure to sync information to my account on other devices, and random crashes, especially if I navigate out of the app.
I also wish there was the ability to move magazines to an SD card. Magazines are not centered, the bottom of the page is cut off, and the article view formatting is wonky. Soon you won't be able to link the two accounts. I am still not confident my magazine subscriptions are all set. Other than that, the app works as advertised. This is a horrible app. Can't download and store on PC books you buy; they live "somewhere" in the BN cloud, although you don't have to be connected to the Internet to be able to read your purchases.
The techs I spoke with this evening can't explain how that's possible. If you try to download a book, you'll often download nook books to pc an error message asking you to archive and then unarchive the book, and if that doesn't work, please restart the program.
